Set a number of images
"60 edited images" instead of "all products photographed". The client knows what they'll get, and you have a clear basis if more work comes up.
Deliver products on time
Products need to reach the studio on time – delays on the client's side push back the deadline. Put exactly that in the milestone criteria; it's fair and standard.
Name the usage rights
Web, print, social media, marketplaces: name the channels. The client knows what they can use the images for, and you know what further uses would cost.
