Secure the reservation early
The date is bindingly reserved as soon as the first milestone is approved. The couple can plan with confidence, you carry no double-booking risk – and preparation starts with the budget behind you.
Use a minimum number of photos
"At least 400 edited photos" instead of "all the important moments". Minimum values are fair and verifiable – you can always deliver more.
Give a realistic delivery time
150 days sounds long, but it's realistic for wedding coverage. State the deadline clearly – the countdown shows both sides when the gallery is coming.

What happens on cancellation?
The reservation is settled once the first milestone is approved. Define what applies if the couple cancels later.
