Withdrawal Notice

The contract for the actual service (e.g. design, development, copywriting) is concluded directly with the service provider. Stipme only provides the technology for the payment link and approval; the payment is processed through the payment partner. A withdrawal regarding the service itself must therefore be directed to the service provider.

For use of Stipme itself, the following right of withdrawal applies to consumers. Creating Stips is intended for businesses; businesses do not have a right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (hantha GmbH, Dick 48/B, 39058 Sarntal, South Tyrol – Italy, email: info@hantha.com) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. letter or email). You may use the model form below, although it is not required. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the point of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal expires if the service has been fully performed and performance only began after you expressly agreed to it and confirmed your awareness that the right would expire.
