Accessibility Statement

Stipme should be usable by everyone. We follow the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), the German Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, and the EN 301 549 standard resp. WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

The website is partially compliant. Implemented so far: keyboard operation, visible focus markers, semantic headings, text alternatives for icons, sufficient colour contrast in body text, and support for the “reduce motion” setting (animations and confetti are then switched off).

Some elements such as diagrams and animated explanations are not yet fully described for screen readers. The payment step is provided by our payment partner; its accessibility is that partner's responsibility. We are continuously improving.
