Limit episode length
"Up to 45 minutes per episode" – editing effort grows with length. Cap the target length in the milestone criteria; going over, e.g. extra editing, is billed separately.
Define raw recording quality
If the client records remotely, define minimum requirements: microphone, room, file format. Technically poor raw files otherwise mean endless rework for you.
The hosting account belongs to the client
The hosting account runs under the client's name: they pay, they own the episodes. You get access to publish – so the season stays with them.
Frequently asked questions
Who records?
Clarify whether you record on location or get remote recordings.
Can I add more episodes?
Yes, just duplicate it in the dashboard.
Why Stipme instead of an invoice?
Your client reserves the budget for each milestone in advance with the payment partner Stripe. You start with security, and they only pay on approval — automatically after 72 hours (excluding weekends).
