Note which media are included
Business card, letterhead, email signature, presentation template – name each item individually. Anything not on the list (social media templates, vehicle decals) is a separate quote.
Agree print handling separately
Printer communication, print proofing and third-party costs are a separate topic. Keep them out of the design contract – the client pays third-party costs directly to the printer.
Get the workshop outcome approved
Have the positioning and target audience signed off in writing before you start designing. Otherwise the later criticism is: "that was never our direction." The approval is your backup.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to bundle everything into one Stip?
No. You can offer the business stationery as a follow-up project once the logo is signed off.
What belongs in the brand guidelines?
Logo variants, clear space, colours, fonts and usage examples – write that exactly into the acceptance criteria.
Why Stipme instead of an invoice?
Your client reserves the budget for each milestone in advance with the payment partner Stripe. You start with security, and they only pay on approval — automatically after 72 hours (excluding weekends).
