Get product data in one spreadsheet
Name, price, description, images, SKU – the client delivers everything in one fixed spreadsheet. If the data is incomplete or late, the deadline shifts. Put exactly that in the criteria.
Only embed legal pages, don't write them
Terms, right of withdrawal and privacy policy are legal services. The client sources them, e.g. via a legal-text provider, and you embed them. That keeps you out of liability.
Cap the number of products
"Up to 50 products imported" instead of "store populated". More products is extra work you can offer separately – that keeps your quote fairly calculated.
Frequently asked questions
When does the store count as finished?
When a test order goes through. That's objectively verifiable and avoids arguments.
Who handles terms and right of withdrawal?
The client, e.g. via a legal-text service. You only embed them.
Why Stipme instead of an invoice?
Your client reserves the budget for each milestone in advance with the payment partner Stripe. You start with security, and they only pay on approval — automatically after 72 hours (excluding weekends).
