Set a per-session cancellation rule
Cancellations under 24 hours count as delivered – industry standard and protection for your calendar. Write it into the criteria so it's not a surprise.
Bill for sessions, not outcomes
No one can guarantee coaching success. What's billed are the sessions delivered – that's honest, verifiable and clear for both sides.
State a validity period
"Sessions are valid for 12 months" prevents packages sitting unused for years. State the period in the criteria – that keeps planning realistic for both of you.

What counts as delivered?
The session having taken place. Outcomes are up to the person being coached.
What about missed appointments?
Agree that cancellations under 24 hours count as delivered.
